I turn creative \"how might we\"s into \"here\'s how we did it\"s. I develop copywriters and designers into experts and leaders. And I care about people as much as the work they a copy and creative leader with a passion for building strong teams and even stronger messaging. I help NGO, B2B and B2C brands intrigue, inspire, and convert through strategic storytelling, clean UX copy, and compelling brand voice. With deep experience in e-commerce and digital experience design, I’ve led global remote teams, developed high-performing copywriters and designers, and launched multi-channel content that drives engagement and builds audience trust.Whether I’m managing a team of 16 across 4 countries or refining a single line of product copy, I bring clarity, cohesion, and creativity to every touchpoint. I’m also deeply invested in process: building scalable systems, streamlining workflows, and helping cross-functional teams align on a unified creative vision.Outside the creative space, I’m a dog mom, animal rescue volunteer, marathon runner, travel enthusiast, and longtime Boston sports fan.(Fun fact: I spent 4 years leading tours of Fenway Park for visitors around the world.)
