Led a staff group (groups of 5-10) in the preparation of WakeMed Stadium for the professional North Carolina FC Men’s team and NC Courage women’s team home game days (2-3 games/week)*Led the staff group over the U23 semi-professional men’s and women’s gamedays *Worked 10-14 hour shifts normally running from midday to late nights*Assisted in fan satisfaction (normally around 7-10 thousand fans per game) and enjoyment in being the lead staff member over Fan Fest: being the point of contact for and average of 20 vendors per game with questions and concerns and setting up their assigned areas pregame, driving the fans on a golf cart to retrieve or put away belongings in their cars, help with locating seats, and running games*During-game was an on-field assistant, catering to the needs of the team/officials/coaches*For U23, took a permanent position as the gameday operations lead (Summer 2024) leading group and assisting in setting up fields for the game, communicating with the Town of Cary with field concerns*During U23 matches acted as referee liaison, kept stats at fourth officials table on-field, and controlled the scoreboard
