Vivian Tran

Vivian serves as the Team Director at CBRE and is a lead member of its investment property sales team, led by Alex Kozakov and Pat Wade. The team represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail commercial real estate throughout the Western Region. Vivian oversees various aspects of the investment sales process, including operations, the preparation of all marketing materials, and the disposition process for existing listings. She acts as a liaison between the team and their clients to provide open communication and a seamless transaction from beginning to end. Since joining the team in 2015, Vivian has managed well over $1 billion in sales transactions.
