Recruited to establish a new department focused on defining and delivering business systems to the global enterprise that drive scale, efficiency and effectiveness measured in terms of incremental revenue generated and cost savings achieved • Currently leading the definition and automation of Ticketmaster’s core ‘quote to pay’ business process by replacing multiple legacy systems with a tightly integrated Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud solution, managing complex business requirements and significant change management challenges; projecting $3.5M in cost savings annually • Part of executive team responsible for defining and adjusting companywide core business processes and systems due to COVID-19, including implementing a new customer credit option resulting in 20% reduction in refund rate; led re-negotiation of strategic partner contracts resulting in 50% reduction in 2020 costs • Established a center of excellence for Salesforce implementation and support resulting in improved delivery velocity by 20% and 35% reduction in cost compared to central model • Successfully recruited more than 30 new product and tech resources and created a culture of transparency, collaboration and accountability across a mix of internal and external (partner) resources, culminating in an NPS based stakeholder satisfaction metric used to evaluate team success moving forward
