I\'m on a mission to change the negative stereotype of a salesperson. The use of aggressive techniques like \"in-your-face\", hard sell and manipulative approaches are not appreciated at all. And likely, the best way to lose the trust of a partner. Respect is earned by working with your partner (customer) to develop solutions to problems identified and agreed upon in collaboration with both teams. I am passionate about building strong customer relationships based on trust and helping organisations succeed. With over 15 years of experience in IT and Telecommunications, I have worked directly with Service Providers and Large Enterprises to create substantial business partnerships based on trust and strong relationships. These partnerships have enabled the business to transform the current use of technology to simplify processes, maximise productivity and increase revenue. Engaging at all levels, from mid-management to C-level, as well as managing the buying centre, I have a proven track record of closing complex multi-million-dollar deals and leveraging internal teams to deliver high-standard customer solutions. I’m also a volunteer firefighter, which allows me to help keep my community safe a few evenings a week. At our brigade, I’m a Firefighter Rep, where I work with the leadership team to ensure our 50 Firefighters deliver operational excellence back to our community.
