Responsible for seamless execution of assigned projects; involved in initiating, planning, and designing including construction and execution, monitoring and control, completion of projects. I am also involved in designing and maintaining a database, and developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Set up milestones and major deliverable timelines. I also prioritize risk with the team and communicate status of potential risk to governance, the business unit and senior leadership as appropriate. Recommend ways to avoid/mitigate risk and initiate contingency plans as needed, and enhance project profitability by aligning budgets with the projects, maintaining and tracking stability studies based on the defined timeline.Accomplishments:• Discussion with the concerned team to understand the project rolling planer for the year & working towards the development of the projects.• Preparation of Monthly Information system on the current projects & escalation of the delays to the senior leads of the R&D.• Coordination with the sourcing team to ensure the availability of the RM, PM, and RLDs for the respective projects.• Coordination between the cross-functional teams within R&D, Clinical Team & Site Team for the smooth execution of the projects and ensuring that the timelines are met as planned for the exhibit batches. • To discuss any critical and potential risk factors and work towards the solutions in collaboration with R&D.• Monitoring the timelines for the submission targets. • Coordination between R&D, Site Team, and regulatory team for the post-dossier submission queries for timely responses.• Organizing and leading the meetings with different locations on the project discussions.• Supported in the budget exercise with the Coordination with the Formulation leads.• Technical deep dive - monthly: Co-ordinating with leads for completing technical deep dive PPT as per stipulated timelines
