Building technical solutions for new use cases as per requirements for global operators • Services & technical scope analysis, risk analysis, commercial offering readiness, bid-defense for RFx, customer presentation, doing PoC/trials of products and building customer relationship for network capacity management and optimization products• Drive and propose the end-to-end solution architecture, design and service delivery for next-gen telco solutions for B2B and partner settlements between operator and their enterprise customers for network analytics use cases.• Understand customer requirements/problem to develop new use cases and assist sales team in developing offerings and approaches for the solution related to network design redesign, network optimization, network performance thru AI ML tools.• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and track feature releases with different stakeholders• Collaborate with cross-function teams like Engineering, Sales, Service Delivery and Support to create alignment on the customer solution(s) and address current obstacles in the field.• Provide product demo and solution pitch to the customers for new use cases • Contribute to RFP/RFI proposals and responses for the telecom solution components• Serve as an in-house expert for the telecom solution and the go-to person for all functional issues• Support and track all product launches and go to market activities• Leading a team of SMEs and developers in building a 4G/5G/NB-IOT network analytics prototype cum product and its correlation with cross domain data while leveraging AI-ML forecasting models. • Ideated analytics of 4G/5G performance metrics with respect to customer experience and how it can be correlated with cross domain backhaul network
