ABOUT VISHAL VARSHNEY

Vishal is actively involved in Business Development activities related to Clean Fuels. His responsibilities include overseeing key refining technologies such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC), Alkylation, Hydrogen, Ethers and Isobutylene.Before transitioning to Business Development, Vishal gained experience across a diverse range of technologies, including Crude-to-Chemicals, FCC, Ethylene, Ethyl Benzene / Styrene Monomer (EBSM), and Paraxylene. His expertise extends to process simulation, equipment sizing, hydraulics, and P & ID development.Vishal has represented Lummus Technology at client sites, actively contributing to HAZOP studies and 3D Model Reviews. His involvement in troubleshooting and optimization activities has significantly improved operational efficiency in various plants.Beyond his technical prowess, Vishal demonstrates exceptional leadership skills. He revitalized the training program for new engineers at Lummus Technology, designing comprehensive projects and providing essential guidance for successful execution. This initiative has greatly contributed to the professional development of new engineers and overall organizational growth.Vishal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from UPTU Lucknow.In addition to his professional achievements, Vishal is an accomplished public speaker. He has received numerous awards at Toastmasters International, a global platform dedicated to enhancing communication and leadership skills. As the President of the CB & I India Toastmasters Club, he led the club to achieve the President’s Distinguished Club status, the Rising Star Club award, and the Smedley Award, showcasing his ability to inspire and lead effectively.
