During my entire leadership tenure, I have matured supply chains, optimized efficiencies and supplier performances, and catalyzed continuous improvement with lasting results. As the VP of Global Supply Chain Management at Levi’s, I addressed and resolved critical issues of forecast volatility, strategic sourcing constraints, supply disruption, and logistics challenges across Asia (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Cambodia). Furthermore, I formulated a robust risk management process to stop profit loss. I am credited with deploying quick chase revenue realization capability to achieve the shortest order to delivery cycle benchmark for 2021. Moreover, I led omnichannel inventory management and allocation strategies while managing E2E implementation and allocation for 1700 stores across Asia. Earlier, I established the commercial planning function across India, South Africa, the Middle East, and Africa from the ground up, halting millions in losses incurred through excess inventory. At Nokia, I saved millions by optimizing outbound distribution through initiatives like multi-modal logistics, air cargo load optimization, skid design modification, packaging optimization, etc. The goods in transit consolidation (GITC) project led by me helped reduce millions of Euros in cost of freight (on more consolidated cargo) and raw material (RM) inventory. At TATA, I was awarded the “Tata Excellence Award” for business process innovation. Additionally, I serve as Honorary Executive Advisor at o9 Solution, Inc. I have presented and spoken at several global supply chain events and round table conferences.
