Developed and tested end to end to solutions with ABAP developers and other functionals alike to meet the requirements of the client within short deadlines and fulfil project obligations. Created and maintained functional specification documents of various changes made to existing systems as per client requirement. Propagated the change of business work streams within the SAP delivery live service team to help improve business processes and satisfy client requirements as per new contract agreements. Participated in monthly/weekly out of hour releases that required the stop and start of existing overnight batches to enable a successful release of all updates and project releases required by the clients. Resolved both incident and problem (tickets for the live system post implementation) regarding daily queries raised by business users on Jira, confluence, Assyst and later Service now while adhering to the daily breach deadlines. Conducted Knowledge transfer sessions on certain areas of the business as an SME (subject matter expert) to new and fellow colleagues. Volunteered for Capgemini’s mentoring program Performed the role of scrum master when needed for my team by running daily stand ups and running refinement sessions. Helped automate daily reconciliation processes to provide senior management with a daily report on incoming and outgoing payments from and to the end users. Being involved in FastTrack projects aimed at fulfilling client requirements in tight timescales and liaising with perspective stakeholders and clients to resolve post & pre implementation issues and queries.
