Bid Strategy Development: Develop and implement a competitive bidding strategy specifically for steelplant & port cranes projects, aligning with company objectives and market trends.• Tender Analysis: Analyze tender documents related to steel plant equipment & port cranes projects,evaluate requirements, assess feasibility, including site analysis and competitive pricing.• Team coordination: Coordinate with various departments (e.g, technical, legal, finance, engineering,and procurement) to gather the necessary information for accurate bidding.• Bid Preparation: Oversee the preparation of tender submissions for projects, ensuring compliance withclient requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory standards• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, such as regulatory changes, or supply chain issues, anddevelop mitigation strategies.• Cost Estimation: Ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting, including equipment (e.g, Plates,Forgings, Mech. & Elec. Bought Out Items), Mfg. cost, and servicing costs, to determine the bid price andoptimize profitability.• Negotiation: Engaged in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, particularly focusing onpricing for equipment and services• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, includinggovernment bodies and private clients, to understand their needs and increase chances of securing future projects.• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all bidding documents for steel plant equipment & port cranetenders are complete, meet compliance standards, and are submitted within specified deadlines.• Post-Bid Activities: Review feedback from unsuccessful bids, analyze outcomes, and implementimprovements for future tenders, focusing on enhancing competitiveness in the sector
