Research and Knowledge Products: Longitudinal assessment of access to credit products (Returnable Grant and CG Loan) on alleviating the personal financial status of low-income women farmers and entrepreneursMEL for Livelihood Projects: 1. Walmart Foundation Blended Finance Program: Leading the MEL component for a blended finance intervention reaching farmers through Returnable Grants (RG), Credit Guarantee Loans (CG), social security enrollment, and FPO capacity building. Designed the project’s Theory of Change and Logical Framework, conducted fieldwork in Osmanabad, Maharashtra, and led the quantitative and qualitative analysis on primary data to assess the impact on income increase, diversification, and sustainable agriculture practices.2. IndusInd Foundation Financial Inclusion Program: a 3-year-long blended finance program being implemented in 3 Phases in the states of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu — currently leading the entire MIS data and monitoring and evaluation vertical of the project for women entrepreneurs. 360One Foundation Project on Credit Guarantee Loans: Designed the survey questionnaire, Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and authored a data-driven impact report assessing the role of access to credit in enhancing last-mile financial access, and am currently leading the monitoring dashboard of the project\'s KPIs.

As Senior Associate Consultant - M&E at Samhita, I lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) components of impactful livelihood projects. My work includes designing Theories of Change, conducting fieldwork, and performing qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess financial inclusion initiatives for low-income women farmers and entrepreneurs. I hold an MA in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
