Under the direction of the Area Operations Manager, Site Managers provide leadership & management to the Managed Services/Technology Support Services unit and employees. Compare and validate data in the GIS mapping system against existing as-built documentation• Post & update Mains, Services, and other facilities attribute errors in the GIS mapping system• Identify discrepancies between mapped facilities and supporting as-built documentation requiring field verification• Provide supporting documentation for Quality Control of all mapping updates completed in GIS Mapping System• Navigate through multiple applications to update records and access critical archived data• Identify discrepancies within work orders and escalate per defined internal processes• Respond to customer and internal employee inquiries, resolve issues related to job responsibilities; communicate issues to management• Interim Area Operations Manager for +- 12 Las Vegas Managed Sites (The Freeman Co, Southwest Gas, Amazon.com, Newmeyer Dillion, University Medical Ctr - UMC, Lewis Roca Rothgerber - LRRC, Veterans Hospital, United Health Group - UHC, Sprint/Perfect Output, Treasure Island, Whynn - Encore, Well\'s Fargo, IBM).
