Member of both the SaaS Infrastructure and DevOps teams.Tasks Include:• Provide CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, AWS resource deployment using IaC, and AWS security/cost governance• Architect and develop proof of concepts for AWS cloud initiatives• Manage work via Agile SDLC, using Scrum/Kanban frameworks (stand-ups, grooming, planning, sprints, demos, and retrospectives)• Track work via Atlassian Jira (epics, stories, bugs, comments)• Write precise and concise documentation for projects, processes, and approved cloud resources using Atlassian Confluence wiki• Mentor and cross-train coworkers, junior engineers, and interns• Support 3rd party applications on Linux EC2 instances (GitLab, JFrog Artifactory + Xray, Splunk, and Jenkins)• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production SaaS applications• Create cloud resource reports using AWS CLI and Boto3• Deploy and maintain AWS WAFs (regional and global) via Jenkins pipeline and AWS CDK stacks• Deploy temporary cloud resources and coordinate access for annual 3rd party penetration testing (SOC2 compliance effort)• Manage student intern projects, including: identify/pitch project, secure headcount, attend career fairs, interview candidates, hiring, onboard, code reviews, mentoring, and project management, e.g. last project created an AWS CDK construct library of AWS resource deployment code preconfigured with sane security and cost configuration** Please see my Ricoh project examples **
