Responsible to manage 100+ CFA manpower for billing and dispatch activities with 80k sq/ft warehouse area. Responsible for Safety management within warehouse. Infrastructure management & planning for warehouse. Responsible for 30+ vendor management. Responsible for Transport management for dispatches. Handling 30+ sales team for running smooth business. Approve transporter freight bill in TOFA for transporter freight bill. Negotiate freight cost with transporter during rate finalization. Responsible forsolving customer/dealer/transporter query on time. Meeting with management for better achievement. Make sure all dispatches should be done on time as perdefined benchmark & also manage stock in WH Share daily dispatch Vs achievement & stock RST report to management. Make sure no any safety violations happen during dispatches as well as during in transit material. Make sure material should be delivered properly & if shortage found during in-transit then penalize to transporter. Check dispatch volume properly at transport level in SAPbefore sharing plan with transporter.approving transporter bill amount in SAP. Ensure all vendors bill should be release on time. Planning for every quarter & every month end to optimize 100% dispatches on same day. Responsible for logistics management for inward & outward. Ensure proper budgeting for everything which required to operate the warehouse smoothly. Ensure fixed & variable cost should be within limit for every quarter. Ensure 100% POD upload on VTS/Mojro software timely Search new WH as per requirement and check all compliance documents before sending proposal to management. Responsible for search new vendor if required for our business. Responsible for transporter freight bill verification as per invoice. Responsible for executematerial pick-up requestin SAP. Responsible for everything which happening within warehouse.
