I\'m a Business Administration student at Politeknik Negeri Madiun, currently interning as an Administrative Assistant at ICON Plus (PT PLN Group) — where I handle CRM data management, document administration, Google Drive organization, scheduling, and internal reporting on a daily basis. I work with iCRM Plus (ICON Plus\'s proprietary CRM platform), Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables), and Canva. I\'m detail-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup. Outside of my internship, I\'ve placed in three national-level business plan competitions — which taught me how to think strategically, communicate clearly, and deliver under pressure.
