Successfully leading the customer support team to improve key metrics significantly including CSAT, response quality score, time to first response, incident response scores, employee satisfaction, and employee attrition. We have opened and staffed a customer support function in Mexico and doubled our presence in EMEA. Our strong partnership and feedback loops with the Engineering & Product organization have reduced our cases per customers. As a result of these efforts, Salesloft has been recognized as a support industry leader in our category by Forrester and G2. I am always looking for new ways to improve processes and drive results, and I am excited to continue driving success at Salesloft.
