Hi, I\'m Vince. I have a fundamental belief in living a values-centered life. I\'m a husband and I\'m a dad to four awesome kids. I also happen to be a business leader. In all of these roles my core values show up as authenticity, leadership, and contribution. I\'m convinced that acknowledging the \"whole person\" comes to work every day and when we live within our values both at home and at work we have the chance to become the best version of ourselves. As leaders, it\'s our job to invite people to employ their values while working inside a shared set of values and in turn transform their lives. I\'ve done this through building incredible leadership teams and fostering deep personal connections during my 20+ year career journey.My long-tenured career at Heartland started as an individual sales rep. As the business grew, so did my responsibilities. I was a sales leader when Heartland IPO\'d (HPY) in 2005. By 2016, when Heartland was acquired by Global Payments Inc. I was the Chief Sales Officer. Most recently I held the position of President of the North American Merchant business at Heartland and Global, I led the $6B Fortune 500, publicly-traded company (GPN) to consistent growth both organically and through M&A.Leading the largest P&L at GPN I was responsible for all functions of the North American business from product, to sales, and operations. My M&A experience extends from portfolio enhancements, and product and technology improvements, to multi-billion dollar mergers such as TSYS in 2019 and EVO Payments in 2022, surpassing 25 deals in 8 years, with the final deal being a carveout of the US SMB payroll business now known as Auris.I\'m passionate about driving growth toward a common vision and mission through powerful culture. This brings meaning to our work as a team. I\'ve been on podcasts, developed coursework, and spoken on stages all over the US bringing this message to entrepreneurs and leaders just like me to show what\'s possible when we make character contagious, drive results through relationships, say it to solve it, raise the bar together, and obsess over impact and do it all in service of a shared vision. This is my mission. And the best part is it starts with us as individuals accepting the invitation to live our values at home and at work.
