The Advantage India (TAI) is a career platform specialising in connecting differently abled people and unemployed youth with the best career resources and providing them employment opportunities all across India. Initiated career classes, confidence-building and personality development programs during which we trained candidates for interviews and guided them through the whole process of job searching.Collaborated with Color of Grey Cells to Launch a 12-week expressive arts program for PWD which helped many of our candidates to reduce stress during the pandemic. TAI also organised various counselling and career guidance workshops for our candidates, inviting professional counsellors, entrepreneurs, etc.TAI reached 5400+ PWD Reached out to 120+ NGOs and Corporate companies across India. In recognition of my work with TAI, I was awarded the UN award (A national award presented to 10 extraordinary Indians and I was selected out of an applicant pool of 1022 applications), the King Constantine medal (an international award from Round Square presented to an individual who has done outstanding work within their community & embraces the Round Square ideals of leadership and service) and I was also recognised by the Punjab State government on the 72nd Republic day of India.
