My guiding principle is “Superior leadership enables strong impact”. With my professional background, I am able to quickly understand and appreciate the organisation dynamics and business context in a coaching situation. I have completed myriad coaching assignments in startups, promoter-led companies and renowned MNCs from diverse sectors: aimed at developing senior level leaders – CXOs/CEOs/MDs. My understanding of the dynamically changing needs of the contemporary business world and the experience of having successfully groomed several leaders and built winning teams, led me to undertake coaching as both my passion and profession. I believe I have the ability to connect deeply with the coachees and related stakeholders, help them to reflect, identify blind spots, explore new ways of working and deliver sustainable results. My coaching interventions (both \"face-to-face\" and \"virtual\") have positively impacted coachees’ mindsets and helped them to \"impactfully\" deliver on multiple dimensions of personal, people and business leadership competencies. Some of my clients included Bosch, Capgemini, BASF, ABG, VA Tech Wabag, Ashok Leyland, Capillary Tech, Manipal Technologies, Duroflex, Jewelex. I am a Certified CEO Coach from CFI, Marshall Goldsmith coach, International Coach Federation (ICF) and also an Associate Coach from Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). My corporate career included stints with the UK based multinational “Coats Viyella, India” and \"Arvind Mills\", followed by “Aditya Birla Group” as Business Director (Fashion brands, Retail, etc.) reporting into the Group Chairman, Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla. I masterminded ABG\'s entry into the branded apparel industry with the acquisition of Madura Garments and built and transformed the brands which are currently valued at over USD 2 Bn, more than 30X of the original buy price. During my tenure, I held multiple board positions in various group companies.
