As a company, the Group has experience in the restaurant sector stretching over 20 years, going back to the original BurgerFuel store which opened in 1995.Here I provide administrative, secretarial, and general support for the Chief Executive Officer including- Keeping the CEO’s diary, making appointments and travel arrangements- Taking messages, answering queries and screening telephone calls and visitors- Arranging meetings, conference calls and conferences- Researching, preparing and formatting emails, letters, reports, and other documents- Managing all building enquiries and tenancies- Managing BurgerFuel branded vehicle fleet

ABOUT VIKA OSIPOVA-MAY
My BurgerFuel journey began when I was invited to work as a Brand Ambassador at a car event and I’ve been hooked ever since. Now, as Executive Assistant to the CEO at BurgerFuel Group, I keep the wheels turning - both literally and figuratively. I manage the CEO’s day-to-day life and logistics, from scheduling and admin to coordinating his cars, family needs, and personal errands. I also oversee our BurgerFuel Head Office building and its 12 upstairs tenancies, handling leasing, maintenance, and contractor coordination - plumbers, builders, electricians, you name it. I make sure the office runs smoothly, managing everything from cleaning schedules to desk moves and facility improvements. On top of that, I support our Marketing Team with event coordination and the care of our classic car fleet, ensuring each vehicle is maintained and ready to showcase. I’m also involved in managing athlete sponsorships and responding to other brand partnership enquiries. Known for being organised, adaptable, and proactive, I thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments where no two days are the same. I take pride in creating order from chaos, anticipating needs before they arise, and keeping things running effortlessly behind the scenes. Outside of work, I love baking and decorating cakes, exploring the outdoors, and getting involved in motorsport events around New Zealand. Driven, dependable, and always up for a challenge.
