Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance:• Handling Compensation Management through attendance, leaves, salary processing, reward management, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESI and Full & Final Settlement.• Compiling salary inputs of the new joiners, & verify the payroll related information and coordinating the same with Accounts Dept. • Providing payroll related information for internal and external audits.Grievance Management:• To record the grievance when it comes. • To ensure all recorded grievances are resolved within stipulated time. • To share the resolution of the grievance as & when it is resolved. Payroll Processing:• Analyzing payroll inputs, making necessary changes, and processing them in the payroll software.• Reconciling of TDS, PF, Superannuation, ESIC, LWF, and P.Tax.• Manually processing of extra payments, deductions, perquisites, adjustments, and arrears.• Calculating income tax based on tax declarations and verified investment proofs.• Managing day-to-day running of the payroll service and performed quality checks for error-free delivery.• Preparing payroll MIS, salary register, and bank files.Statutory Compliance:• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations related to EPF (Employees\' Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees\' State Insurance).• Completing registration under the EPF and ESI Acts for new companies.• Generating challans and make online payments for EPF and ESI.• Reconciling interest and damages for EPF and ESI, and drafting reply letters to respective departments.• Conducting independent audits for various companies regarding PF and ESI.• Coordinating with auditors to ensure 100% compliance for payroll processing, specifically for EPF and ESI.
