I have more than 25 years of experience leading teams to deliver software design and exceptional user experience solutions. The synergies created by applying software design, development, and UX practices to the customer journey and user experience fascinate me. I am responsible for digital marketing strategy implementation, support technologies, compliance oversight, and relationship management for application initiatives across North America. It is a critical role in which I oversee and sustain the entire digital relationship, including with external digital partners. Previously, I championed UX and Design Thinking approaches in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams to make over 100 digital channel enhancements that achieved traffic levels of more than 12 million visitors. In another significant role, I received high praise as the digital solutions architect for successfully developing and launching a cutting-edge 3D Tour and VR platform that deployed to more than 800 locations, adding 1 million high-value visitors. Software development and design is a rewarding career that fascinates me. For such Fortune 500 companies as GE, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan Chase, I have combined expertise and management skills to develop and deliver complex solutions.
