Studio V Pilates & Fitness was founded by Victoria Popoff to create a welcoming, community-first space where movement becomes a way of life. After 13 years in the fitness industry, she opened Studio V with a mission to elevate how people experience fitness—through consistency, compassion, and connection. Now in its 14th year, Studio V has grown into the largest Pilates-based facility in California’s Central Valley. We serve a diverse and inclusive community, welcoming all people—regardless of age, background, or experience level—into a space where judgment is left at the door. Every instructor is hand-selected by Victoria for their education, personality, professionalism, and passion. Programs are intentionally designed to keep clients engaged and empowered. From day one, Studio V has focused on making people feel strong, seen, and supported.
