Customer Advocate-Payroll and Wage Garnishment (2021 to Current Date) Wage Garnishment Specialist Key responsibilities are to timely set up and maintain garnishment orders. Electronic payable support of payment validation, deduction setups and release of payment for clients. Work with state agencies, along with court and federal agencies. Assist clients with deduction questions, including research of calculations and payables distribution. Customer Advocate – Payroll Familiar with HCM software, including the ability to troubleshoot software configurations. Monitor client profiles and identify updates as needed to correct issues as they arise. Support customers as an advocate by educating them so they can be self-sufficient on the HCM software. Support our customers as they seek guidance to navigate our products and help process payroll. Troubleshoot Time, Tax, Benefits, Reporting and Payroll processes by reviewing and updating clients information along with employee configurations
