ABOUT VICTOR FRANKLIN
Project Portfolio Management is a key function in helping organizations increase efficiency and speed to market. I have spent close to 20 years helping businesses mature in the portfolio management space. Whether it is waterfall, agile, Kanban, product lines or a combination thereof, portfolio management is the link that turns strategy into action. In my role I have selected and implemented new PPM tools, and created the associated frameworks and processes to inform and support executive decision-making. Additionally, I have built-out new PM methodologies and implemented governance and tracking mechanisms which keeps those driving the work aligned with organizational strategy and decisions. Project portfolio management is not just about managing a group of projects, it is about putting in place processes and systems which align the organization in a common focus. My expertise lies in seeing the larger picture and creating the roadmap to align the disparate stakeholders along the maturation journey.
