ABOUT VICTOR FIUK

I’m Victor (Karol), Wireline (E-line) Cased-Hole Logging Engineer with 10+ years across the North Sea, Europe, and Africa. I plan and run production logging, perforating, well-integrity diagnostics, and P&A support under tight windows and strict HSE. Multicultural crews, night shifts, and tough wells are my normal. I’m specifically open to rotational field roles (offshore/onsite) in Norway and Australia. I’m not pursuing onshore office posts at this time but would consider it as a career progression. Since 2018 I’ve also built and managed a residential rental portfolio in Poland (renovations, leasing, tenant relations, and NOI tracking). What I bring Wireline/Cased Hole: PLT, perforating (WL/TCP), CBL/VDL, MFC, integrity diagnostics, P&A support; rigorous planning, QA/QC, and client comms. Real Estate: Buy-to-let strategy, yield/cash-flow analysis, marketing, lease negotiation, and day-to-day property management. Data-led decisions; calm problem-solving when things go sideways, vendor management, compliance (PL). International readiness: Dual Polish–British citizenship; fluent EN/PL; North Sea/Norway/EU/Africa experience; available for Australia (FIFO/offshore) with employer sponsorship.
