ABOUT VICTOR ASPENGREN
Victor earned a Bachelor‘s degree in Sociology from Iowa State University and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Drake University. Victor is a former Dale Carnegie instructor, YMCA Senior Director, Creativity Central trainer and coach for The Great Game of Business. He lived the ESOP experience as an employee owner, HR Manger and CEO in ESOP companies. Victor has been heavily involved in the employee ownership world for over 12 years. Victor is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and a past chair of the board of directors. He has served as a board of director’s member, member of the board of governors, and past chair of the Ownership Culture Committee. He is also a member of the Cooperative Charitable Trust employee ownership forum. Victor is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences on employee ownership, open book management, governance issues, ESOPs, leadership and building a high performance culture. Keltek is an employee owned company that provides upfitting and technical services to the public safety industry. They are a thought leader in \"protecting those that protect us\".
