For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of enrollment strategy, digital learning, and organizational transformation in higher education. My leadership has focused on building learner-centered institutions capable of serving today’s diverse and evolving student populations.As Vice Chancellor for Enrollment & Retention Management at the University of Illinois Springfield, I led initiatives that strengthened enrollment outcomes, modernized organizational structures, and supported sustained growth—including enrollment increases exceeding 12% during my tenure.
