Experienced process engineer in a high volume semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing environment. Identified novel ion implant based applications, that significantly improve the device performance and yield (DPY), generated the marketing collateral, proliferated across our wide customer-base, demonstrated the DPY advantages on the device product wafers, until the successful adoption by the logic, memory, discrete power devices, image sensors and IoT manufacturers. The successful adoption of H+/He++ implant application layers to minimize the ON-state power losses in IGBT & Trench MOSFET power devices and OFF-state power losses in FRD devices, was one of my significant achievements, in the recent past. Successfully proliferated the damage engineering solutions with our Logic and Memory customer-base, under the strategic marketing campaign,\"the colder, the better\" to minimize the leakage currents in the planar MOSFET devices and \" the hotter, the better\" for the 3D FinFET devices.Quite familiar with the new product introduction (NPI) process and skilled at strategic marketing. SPC maintenance, DOE execution, data analysis and report writing, were my day-to-day responsibilities.
