In my current position as the Manager, Documentation Control I am responsible for all business systems and documentation that directly affect the quality of our product. I currently have 4 direct reports and one part time resource in India. We are currently in the process of consolidating multiple stand alone electronic systems that have an interface (B2B) with our ERP System Glovia into Enovia - SmarTeam. This implementation also includes business process consolidation between product groups; data attribute consolidation, as well as data cleansing, activity to ensure data consistency and clean transition to SmarTeam. I am the main facilitator for all of the above activities to ensure proper functional area buy-in and capture of all processes that require change and for training purposes.My team is the first escalation to all business system questions, issues, and if we can’t resolve they are escalated to IT
