As the sole representative at the customer site I coordinate and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on tools in the Implant, Deep UV, Ash, and Rapid Thermal Process areas. In the first 2 years of being onsite full time I took the 8250 Implanter availability from 70% to >90% and it has stayed above that range ever since.
