I have more than 19 years of experience in the property management sector, with 10 years in leadership roles.I am passionate about delivering solutions that optimize the value and performance of the assets, enhance the workplace experience, and support the business objectives. I have successfully managed several projects in a campus with several buildings, such as design and build contracts, studies and consulting services, and utilities optimization. I have also developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency in the property management operations.I am an analytical and objective person, who thrives on making decisions and putting plans into motion.
