Manage the financial performance of multiple energy efficiency projects, including budgeting, reforecasting, and medium-term planning, ensuring alignment with ENGIE’s strategic objectives- Partner with the Finance Business Partner and cross-functional teams (Operations, Asset Management, Partnership Management) to prepare and present financial forecasts, results, and operational updates to management and external partners- Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance commentary on monthly income statements, identifying key drivers such as energy volumes, pricing, hedging activities, and inventory costs, and recommending corrective actions- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency by collaborating with Accounting and IT, supporting data mapping, and designing new reporting structures- Actively engage with executives (Directors and VPs) and Group Leadership in North America and Europe, employing financial storytelling to strengthen decision-making and communication with stakeholders- Monitor revenue projections and key financial commitments, challenging business assumptions and identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance.
