ABOUT JELLE VAN DE MOSSELAAR

For the past 8 years, I have held leadership roles managing both specialists and leaders within strategy, business development, change management, digitalization, project management and controlling at Nuuday/TDC Group. Throughout this period, my primary focus has been to reduce costs while simultaneously increasing or maintaining revenue and improving both customer and employee satisfaction. As the program lead for the annual cost reduction program in YouSee’s contact center, I have delivered annual cost reductions of over 15 % per year from 2020 to 2024 – effectively halving the contact center’s costs every four years. At the same time, I have worked systematically to improve the customer experience, resulting in a reduction in customer complaints of more than 20% per year by identifying and eliminating root causes. I have fostered employee satisfaction and engagement through feedback culture, involvement, and development, leading to increasing satisfaction scores and low turnover – even during periods of significant change. The departments I have led have driven numerous strategic projects within digitalization and self-service, while also preparing a wide range of business cases and decision-making proposals for top management. In this capacity, I have worked extensively with strategy, business development, AI, digitalization, and digital adoption. I have further developed these skills through an MBA from Aarhus University, with elective courses focusing on how companies can effectively leverage AI and digitalization.
