Mentors and grows new MTSI leaders through personal engagement, talent identification, and targeted delegation, to ensure MTSI continues as an enduring company in the future. Oversees a staff of Business Unit Senior Directors, key division leaders, and assigned PMs of prime and subcontracts of various sizes, scopes, and types. Performs on selected contracts, including Air National Guard and USAF Warfare Center customer support.
