Recovered the top project from Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) failures by reinforcing the team with additional resources and expertise. Shifted design accountability to the Project Engineer (PE) to create cradle to grave ownership of the design compliance starting with the proposal compliance matrix and ending with the Declaration of Design Performance (DDP). Creating a technology and product roadmap by working with the sales team to validate the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to create a sustainable competitive advantage. Coaching and mentoring Project Managers to utilize agile sprint methodology to drive cross-functional accountability and visibility within a multi-year waterfall schedule to improve On-Time Delivery.
