Over the past 2 years, we\'ve worked on A) Building marketplaces within ABFRL (Pantaloons and Jaypore) B) Redefining Customer experience across the funnel (Shop-Ex, Delivery-Ex and Post sales) for Pantaloons e-com C) Developing industry leading Omni channel tech and features such as self checkout that redefine both store and online customer journeys. Our work directly impacts customer experience for $1Bn roadmap (Online and Store, currently at $600M) by 2025.
