Collaborates closely with CDW’s global sales teams and business units to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through the Customer Briefing Program. The primary objective is to accelerate the sales process and drive revenue growth. In this customer-facing role, the focus is on high-touch engagements and Executive Briefings, as part of the PoV Services Organization.Key Responsibilities- Understand customer sales objectives, business challenges, competitive dynamics, and existing infrastructure to tailor recommendations for the agenda and PoV services that best align with sales opportunities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of CDW’s full portfolio of services and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate CDW’s vision, strategy, and value propositions to customers- Collaborate with marketing, operations, training, and sales teams to uncover additional value-driven opportunities for PoV service offerings.Core Competencies- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)- Project management expertise, with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities- Fundamental knowledge of networking and the IT industry- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong relationship-building skills with peers and cross-functional teams- Positive, proactive attitude
