PSS started in 1981 by brothers Mario and Clarence Lobo. It was the first time the concept of ‘Executive Search’ was introduced in India. Through detail-oriented processes and quality delivery that continue to define our approach, PSS was instrumental in building several of India’s biggest conglomerates by placing their leadership talent. To better address the Client’s need, we ventured into the international territory through our partnership with Ray & Berndtson (“R&B”) – a top 5 international global Executive Search firm. Our R&B alliance has enabled us to better cater to the international requirements of our Clients while simultaneously expanding our access to a global talent pool of Candidates. Our focus in a search is to not only close a position but to make sure that the candidates we place exceed performance expectations. We closely track and monitor the progress of all our candidates and their impact on the companies they join.We serve and strive to always ‘Make a Meaningful Difference’ to our Clients and Candidates.
