As Industrial Hygiene Specialist • Manage, lead and conduct regular monitoring and identification of DSLNG’s area to prevent substandard hygiene conditions and practices that might affect operations negatively • Lead and monitor overall implementation of Industrial Hygiene and Health Surveillance program including development of its standard, policy and procedures, detail implementation programs, activities, and campaigns to meet government regulation and laws, lenders expectation and to increase employees’ awareness. Including focal point in dealing with government authorities related to IH aspect • Manage and approve technical aspects of third party contractors to ensure their compliance level regarding industrial hygiene. Including assessment, audit and monitoring of contractors such as food raw material suppliers, company recommended restaurant, etc. • Manage and monitor the contract service for Industrial Hygiene Service Contract both for Site and Jakarta office to ensure all program are implemented including budget control and optimization. • Manage and monitor the contract service Industrial Hygiene Monitoring Development Contract to ensure all program are implemented including budget control and optimization • Responsible for Industrial Hygiene program to ensure Industrial Hygiene hazards that will not impact to workers and may prevent Occupational Health Disease which may impact to workers. • Anticipate, identify and evaluate Industrial Hygiene related substandard conditions and practices to develop and establish control methods, procedures and programs for implementation. • Manage and supervise Industrial Hygiene activities within assets that may be conducted by third party. • Establish Industrial Hygiene Training needs for workforce to improve their awareness about Food Safety, Health Hazard Industrial Hygiene. • Manage and maintain Communicable Disease Control and Pest Control service contract As Medical Benefit & Health Promotion • Manage, maintain and monitor Health Administration Service Management contract, database, and other related documents as per company’s requirement. Including budget control and optimization. • Analyze budget and financial data related with health benefit compensation. • Ensure the interface of DSLNG Medical Benefit between DSLNG and Third Party Agency (TPA) in contract administration to provide medical benefit program. • Conduct Promotion & campaign for Month Of OH and Safety every year & Blood Donation every 3 months • Conduct Health Talk, Industrial Hygiene, CDC & Pest Control Promotion & Campaign regularly
