Komen leading national philanthropic strategy generating $30M+ annually across major gifts, planned giving, mid level giving, foundations, and donor stewardship.These programs help fund breakthrough research, expand patient support, and accelerate progress toward a world without breast cancer.I build high-performing fundraising teams and modern philanthropic infrastructure that helps donors give in ways that are meaningful, tax-smart, and impactful. My work focuses on major and planned giving strategy, donor-advised funds, noncash giving, and technology-enabled fundraising.I have led initiatives implementing platforms such as FreeWill, Chariot, Windfall, and AI-enabled donor engagement tools, including Momentum and Raise, to strengthen donor relationships, increase retention, and grow long-term philanthropic revenue.I also serve as a CFRE International Ambassador and volunteer on advisory boards with organizations, including Chariot and FreeWill, focused on unlocking donor-advised funds and modernizing charitable giving.As an Air Force veteran and lifelong volunteer, I have always found that service has shaped my leadership approach.
