Responsible for Specialty Care Unit, including Multiple Sclerosis Business Franchise and new assets in the pipeline (ALZ), managing market and Sales teams, focused on Centralized Purchase Sales (MoH), HSSs and private market.• P&L control, defining resources, business allocation, top line, gross margin, and delivery DIV Margin according to guidance. • Responsible by AOP/Budget and LRP, including forecasts and SO & P process for all BU products, creating key assumptions to market size, market share, pricing, evaluating sales and demand performance.• Led the governance with Global Teams & partners developing strategic projects of lifecycle management.• Establish and management partnership with Regional Teams and addressing to Local Brand Team, projects and process of current Neuroscience franchise such as brand plans, innovation programs, specifics global projects and local activities.• Business oriented to increase the sales force effectiveness, developing & implementing Marketing and Sales programs (key account management plans, education/awareness programs, KOL Management) • Manage all HR in the BU including size, resource allocation, FTEs recruitment, and people development. • Manage, motivate, and develop the direct team focusing on strategic objectives of products and Company, offering coaching, evaluating them, and providing feedback supporting the performance.• Provide talent management and action plans to direct reports and discussion of calibration in the first line of BRZ affiliate.• Member of executive committee establishing the governance and critical topics of business and Affiliate.
