With more than 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, I combine strategic insight with a client-first approach that focuses on simplifying complex challenges and delivering solutions boards and executives can trust. My goal is to create SERP strategies that provide clarity, durability, and meaningful value as credit unions build and strengthen their leadership teams.I also serve on a local lodging owners board of which I am infinitely passionate, the Hocking Hills Lodging Owners Association (HHLOA). In my role as Board Chair, I serve to promote cohesion between our members, local government and businesses, and residents to strengthen the local lodging community. We strive to create and promote the overall health and sustainability of the lodging and tourism industry within the Hocking Hills region.
