Leading the development of effective communication and training strategies to drive digital adoption and maximize the potential of digital solutions.Key responsibilities:• Liaise with the internal R&D business groups and units to understand their digital goals and objectives in the area of connected data, data analytics, data science, simulation and model building.• Connect with confidence with Data Scientists, Model Builders and the product development community who use the Tools these communities create.• Be focused on change, communicating and training to ensure the maximum benefit for R&D and wider business from the investment in digital capabilities.• Project management/planning in conjunction with Workstream Leads for communication of new releases, upgrades etc.• Create holistic Learner and Business Needs’ analyses.• Deliver the learning programme, supporting change management activities, including delivering sessions on digital tools and capabilities.• Leading a small team creating and updating training materials (Scripts, Guides, Videos etc.).• Onboarding activities associated with new users and raising broad awareness through communications.
