ABOUT ULVI YANUBA ARIFAH

I recently graduated with a 3-year Diploma Degree in Business Administration (Office Management) from State Polytechnic of Malang. with a great passion for being able to make a career in Administration, teamwork, business negotiations. I\'m interested in trying new things with a wider new relationship. During college, I joined the organization Department Student Association at the campus as a coordinator, especially in the internal spiritual specialization. I was responsible for editing, publications, and documentation for two years. Some of the programs that I am responsible for are \"National Seminar 2019” and “Business Administration Olympics 2019”. I was able to do this by staying focused on college so that I was able to graduate on time with a GPA of 3.47. I also have internship experience at PT Pegadaian (Persero) in the Administration section where I am responsible for document archives, service work, I effectively did wrote business correspondence, Managed office organization, Handling incoming calls from customers and provided information, and Collaborate with the team to quickly resolve customer complaints with appropriate action and have fulfilled the exiting requirement. I am looking for opportunities to be able to contribute further in the field of administration to be able to apply the knowledge and interests that I have. I am an analytical person and conscientious when doing research activities. I am also a fast learner and I value time, therefore I always try to get my job done on time.
