I am a strategic football executive focused on developing people, systems, and high-performance teams. I currently lead FIFA’s Talent Development Scheme (TDS) and the High-Performance Programmes Department, supporting Member Associations in building elite pathways, national teams, and high-potential players. In this role, I analyse football development and performance at the highest global level, identify trends and opportunities, optimize structures and systems, and disseminate knowledge via modern digital platforms to provide accessible, practical insights for coaches, administrators, and associations worldwide.Previously, at the German Football Association, I built and scaled national youth and talent programs, including academies, regional centres, and elite schools. I also led the professional league (3rd Liga) and youth competitions, ensuring clear pathways for players and coaches from grassroots to elite level. These initiatives laid the foundation for long-term football success and high-performance pathways.Throughout my career, I have focused on translating strategic vision into operational reality, ensuring that systems, teams, and people are aligned to deliver sustainable performance and development. I am passionate about creating inclusive pathways, sharing expertise, and fostering long-term growth, combining strategic insight, practical implementation, and modern tools to shape football environments at league, club, and multi-club level.
