ABOUT ULAŞ ERŞAHAN

My entrepreneurial journey began in January 2010 when I co-founded Ant Textil with my university friend. That step laid the foundations of a structure built on quality, sustainability, and trust in the textile industry. Over the years, with our belief and passion for our work, we turned Ant Textil into one of the industry’s most reliable players.In 2020, together with the same business partner, we took a bold step into a completely different industry by founding Saroz Seafood. Just like in textiles, we started with a focus on quality and testing, and in a short time, we established a strong brand position in the seafood sector. Today, in both industries, with strong teams of competent managers, we have built a big family together with our buyers and suppliers.What has grown our business is not only investment but also working tirelessly, staying true to our values, and maintaining a people-focused approach. My greatest advice to young entrepreneurs: even when the road gets tough, never give up. Trust and hard work always pay off in the long run.
