ABOUT TYLER WHITMORE
Tyler is an electrical engineer turned supply chain and operations leader in the defense and aerospace industry. He graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018, attained his MBA from the University of Arizona in 2021, and an M.S. in Supply Chain Management in 2023. Tyler completed the BAE Systems Operations Leadership Development Program, rotating through three business areas and locations across supply chain and operations to develop a diverse array of skills and unrivaled visibility into the business. He spent the first year as a Deputy Supply Chain Program Manager out of Minneapolis, MN, his second year as a Manufacturing Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, and his third year as a Process Implementation and Operational Excellence Specialist remotely. Before joining the Operations Leadership Development Program at BAE, Tyler was an electrical engineer working on high energy lasers at Raytheon Technologies for 3 years. Tyler has a career passion for helping new employees feel welcome and engaged in the company and aims to foster connections and provide resources to help new graduates thrive in their careers. Since graduating college, Tyler has moved around from Minnesota to Wisconsin to Massachusetts to Texas and now to Arizona, always seeking new challenges to push his limits.
