Successfully interviewed and added 9 new hires to the team in 2022 and effectively transitioned them to support the various enterprise initiatives• Effectively worked with the PMO leadership to reduce PM on-boarding time to meet business priorities and minimize the demand backlog• Conducting regular portfolio reviews to identify and address any risks/issues associated with project dependencies and conflicting priorities while addressing timely escalations• Working with the Agile coach to support Agile capability development and Agile transformation for PMs within the team• Hands-on PM experience - Successfully managed several large business initiatives including sector ERP consolidations, System/Application Integrations, Oracle migrations, Windows Server upgrades and CLM vendor selection initiative of 2020
